They are seeking a Senior Implementation Platform Engineer to support innovative technology that strengthens communities by designing and implementing migration frameworks, automating configurations, and creating integration scaffolding.

Responsibilities

Build migration frameworks: Design and implement tooling that transforms legacy CAD/RMS/JMS data into our platform's schema—handling edge cases, validation, and rollback

Automate configuration: Build systems that validate, version, and deploy complex agency configurations with confidence

Create integration scaffolding: Develop reusable patterns for state/federal data exchanges and third-party peripheral integration

Design data schemas: Own the configuration and integration data models that support multi-tenant, compliance-heavy deployments

Reduce implementation toil: Partner with Implementation Engineers to understand their pain points and build tooling that eliminates repetitive manual work

Required

Engineering expertise in building migration frameworks

Experience in designing and implementing tooling for data transformation

Ability to handle edge cases, validation, and rollback in data migration

Knowledge of developing reusable patterns for third-party peripheral integration

Experience in designing data schemas for multi-tenant, compliance-heavy deployments

Ability to partner with Implementation Engineers to understand pain points and build tooling
