Responsibilities
Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms
Execute content creation from concept to posting (filming, editing, captions, scheduling)
Support social media growth through strategic, consistent, and creative content
Collaborate with the clinical and leadership teams to develop content aligned with our mission and values
Assist with podcasting efforts, including filming, editing, and content repurposing
Manage and update website content as needed
Track engagement and performance trends to inform future content strategy
Contribute to creative development and brainstorming of new content ideas
Qualification
Required
Basic videography and video editing skills (experience filming on phones and/or cameras)
Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Basic graphic design skills (experience with logo editing and canva)
Basic knowledge of lighting and filming space
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to translate clinical and wellness topics into accessible, engaging content
Comfort working both independently and collaboratively
Reliable transportation for in-person filming days
Preferred
Familiarity with mental health, neurodivergence, wellness. Etc
Familiarity with podcast production
Website management experience (e.g., Squarespace, WordPress, or similar platforms)
Understanding of social media growth strategies and analytics
