They are seeking a manager for Clinical Trial Supply Services to drive commercial growth and expand their presence in the global clinical trial supply market while overseeing sourcing strategies and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Drive business development strategy for Clinical Trial Supply Services, RLD and comparator sourcing, and clinical supplies and ancillaries procurement across U.S. and international markets
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and partnering meetings
Develop new client relationships and expand existing partnerships focused on CTS and sourcing programs
Lead end-to-end CTS operations, including RLD, comparator, and ancillary sourcing, cGMP packaging and labeling, storage, and global distribution
Oversee sourcing strategies for clinical ancillaries (e.g., diluents, devices, kits, consumables) aligned with protocol requirements
Ensure compliance with cGMP, DSCSA, GDP, and clinical trial regulatory requirements
Collaborate with leadership on proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements
Champion operational excellence while accelerating commercial growth
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in Clinical Trial Supply Services, comparator and RLD sourcing, or clinical supplies and ancillaries procurement, with strong business development exposure
Proven success in securing partnerships and expanding commercial pipelines
Strong presence in industry conferences, client meetings, and professional networking environments
Expertise in CTS logistics, global supply chains, and regulatory frameworks
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Experience working with global pharma/biotech clients
