They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, manage customer interactions, and ensure satisfaction through proactive follow-ups.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads to schedule repairs, replacements, or follow-ups—turning conversations into happy, loyal clients
Deliver friendly, top-notch customer service by phone, in-person, or email—answering questions, calming concerns, and making sure everyone drives away smiling
Listen to customer needs (cracked windshield after a storm? Rock chip from the highway?), recommend the best solutions, and explain options clearly
Keep detailed, accurate records of every interaction, quote, and appointment using our systems
Follow up proactively to confirm satisfaction and fix any issues fast allowing us to build trust that keeps customers coming back and referring friends
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, auto-related a big plus—but not required; we'll train the right person!)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you're clear, patient, and friendly even on tough days
Strong problem-solving mindset—you stay calm and find solutions when things get busy
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment (some days are steady, others are all-hands after bad weather!)
Basic computer proficiency (we'll get you up to speed on our quoting/scheduling software)
