Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
Implement secure routing, session management, and API integrations
Deliver high-quality UI experiences with attention to usability and performance
Write clean, well-commented code and maintain comprehensive documentation
Collaborate with team members, participate in weekly meetings, and meet deadlines
Adapt to evolving project requirements and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Full Stack Web Development using Go, Python, Node.js or similar
Strong understanding of secure routing, session handling, and API development
Experience with UI/UX design principles and customer-facing interfaces
Demonstrated ability to build scalable applications and optimize performance
Excellent communication skills and willingness to educate teammates
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Understand Structure Query Language protocols
Comfortable creating and maintaining containerization methods and git protocols
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in a healthcare environment
Work history involving HR systems, Employee Portals, Internal scheduling
Love for leveling up the team, overcommunication with code documentation and comments
