Mid LevelCompany.ai is building a network of category defining AI products in stealth mode. The Project Manager will help ship products faster and more predictably by building a delivery system and collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn priorities into outcomes.

Responsibilities
Build the shipping cadence: weekly goals, sprint rhythm, release planning, retros, and decision logs
Turn priorities into execution: scope control, tradeoffs, sequencing, dependencies, and clear owners
Keep projects unblocked: identify risks early, remove blockers fast, and drive crisp decisions
Run cross functional launches: product, engineering, design, support, and GTM readiness
Create lightweight systems: templates, checklists, and playbooks that increase speed and quality
Maintain visibility: status updates, dashboards, timelines, and clear communication without noise
Improve how we build: tighten requirements, reduce thrash, and raise quality with every cycle
Qualification
Required
Experience managing delivery for software teams, ideally at early stage startups
Track record shipping products or major features on tight timelines
Strong planning and execution skills: scoping, sequencing, dependency management, and risk mitigation
Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding engineering constraints
Strong documentation habits: PRDs, specs, decision logs, release notes, and status updates
Familiarity with common tools: Linear, Jira, Notion, Slack, GitHub, Figma
Preferred
Experience shipping AI products, agent workflows, or tools that require reliability and evaluation
Experience coordinating multi product or platform work
Experience in SF startup environments and high speed teams
