Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing estimating department from the ground up
Oversee all aspects of conceptual, hard bid, negotiated, and proposal estimating
Develop cost models, bid strategies, risk assessments, and competitive pricing structures
Partner with operations, project management, and business development to align estimating with execution priorities
Introduce best-in-class tools, workflows, and documentation standards
Mentor and grow estimating talent as the department scales
Qualification
Required
Proven senior construction estimating experience in commercial and waterworks projects
History of leading or building out estimating teams
Strong business acumen with an ability to influence strategy
Excellent communicator capable of interfacing with leadership, clients, and internal teams
A relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
