They are seeking a results-driven PPC & Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and optimize paid advertising programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, PMax, and Display as applicable)
Microsoft Advertising
Meta Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Own full-funnel paid strategy including:
Campaign planning, buildout, testing, and scaling
Keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategy, and budget pacing
Landing page alignment and conversion rate improvement recommendations
Monitor performance daily/weekly and make adjustments to improve:
ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue
Lead quality and purchase volume (where applicable)
Evaluate profitability and shift spend across platforms, campaigns, and product categories based on performance
Create and maintain reporting dashboards and insights, including:
Weekly and monthly performance summaries
Key findings, trends, and optimization recommendations
Ensure proper conversion tracking and analytics integrity using:
GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Platform conversion tracking
Troubleshooting tracking issues and discrepancies

Required

At least 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience on an e-commerce or service operation
Strong understanding of performance measurement, conversion tracking, and budget optimization
Experience managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
Ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns
Experience with campaign planning, buildout, testing, and scaling
Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategy, and budget pacing
Experience with landing page alignment and conversion rate improvement recommendations
Ability to monitor performance daily/weekly and make adjustments to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue
Experience evaluating profitability and shifting spend across platforms, campaigns, and product categories based on performance
Ability to create and maintain reporting dashboards and insights, including weekly and monthly performance summaries
Experience ensuring proper conversion tracking and analytics integrity using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and discrepancies

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in marketing/business
