Work directly with Partners on sophisticated transactions

Drafting and negotiating core transactional documents
Advising on securities compliance
Interacting with the SEC, FINRA, Stock Exchanges, investment banks, auditors, and financial advisors
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York State Bar
2-4 years of experience in capital markets or securities law
Strong understanding of securities regulations and compliance
Experience with drafting and negotiating transactional documents
Ability to interact with regulatory bodies such as the SEC and FINRA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
