Responsibilities

Own and drive ERP programs from initiation through delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and post-go-live support
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership
Manage complex system integrations across ERP platforms and adjacent enterprise applications
Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, IT, and Operations
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; provide clear and consistent status reporting
Ensure systems stability, scalability, and performance across ERP platforms and integrations
Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives

Oracle Cloud ERPERP program managementSAPWorkdayTechnical understanding of ERPStakeholder managementCloud-based architecturesIntegration frameworks

Required

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels
Hands-on experience managing ERP programs end-to-end
Solid technical understanding of ERP systems and enterprise integrations
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP is required
Experience with additional large ERP platforms such as SAP, Workday, Dayforce, or similar systems
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Background in technical program or project management within large enterprise environments
Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and integration frameworks
