Collaborate with internal teams to deliver resources and best practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years in franchise operations, multi-unit management, or consulting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret P&Ls and KPIs
Excellent communication and coaching abilities
Experience in membership-driven wellness and/or fitness industries
Willingness to travel throughout the United States regularly (up to 50% of time)
