Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and functional specifications related to Oracle CC&B
Design, develop, and execute test cases based on functional requirements
Perform end-to-end functional testing of CC&B modules including Customer Management
Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, and Metering
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Client ALM, or similar
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
Participate in requirement walkthroughs and test plan reviews
Perform regression testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) support
Validate data flows, batch jobs, and third-party integrations
Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements
Report and escalate risks or issues in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing)
Strong background in functional testing processes
Utilities domain knowledge
Experience working with Oracle CC&B systems, including testing of workflows, business processes, and integrations
Understand business requirements and functional specifications related to Oracle CC&B
Design, develop, and execute test cases based on functional requirements
