Contribute to every stage of significant restructuring matters
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings
Strong analytical skills
Strong drafting skills
Strong client-facing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sophisticated legal environment
