Validate civil engineering designs in LightPlan
Drive aggressive timelines
Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality and SLA expectations
Work with city officials to resolve design conflicts and accelerate approvals
Review and redline vendor designs before municipal submission
Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Qualification
Required
Project and vendor management excellence
Ability to enforce SLAs and hold vendors accountable
Timeline ownership and escalation management
GIS proficiency (ESRI, LightPlan)
Working knowledge of OSP engineering principles
Strong communication and cross‑functional coordination
Assertiveness, adaptability, and proactive problem‑solving
Experience working with city officials to resolve design conflicts and accelerate approvals
Understanding of fiber construction constraints and standards
Ability to review and redline vendor designs before municipal submission
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment
Experience in fast‑growth telecom or fiber deployment environments
Preferred
Permitting and municipal coordination
Fiber construction standards (conduit packages, setbacks, utility conflicts)
Redlining and reviewing vendor‑submitted designs
Telecom or fiber deployment experience
Strong organizational and time‑management habits
Comfort with remote collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, shared drives)
Willingness to travel occasionally (2–3 days/month)
