They are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
Meet or exceed designated sales targets
Create and implement an effective sales strategy
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in outside sales
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
Preferred
have a background in the remodeling industry
can work in a team environment
well-versed in customer relations and friendly
neat in appearance
have basic computer knowledge and willing to upgrade skills
organized, and can manage detail
work effectively with minimum or no supervision
