Responsibilities
Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents
Process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time
Handle employee reimbursements
Post and reconcile company credit card transactions
Contact vendors to obtain ACH and W-9 information
Maintain organized and accurate vendor records
Assist with answering phones and general office duties as needed
Support the accounting team and assist with special projects
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
Accounting coursework or degree preferred
Previous accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred
COINS ERP experience a plus, but not required
