Bookkeeper/Accounts manager
Animal Care Equipment & Services (ACES) is the premier global supplier of specialist animal handling and capture equipment. They are seeking a Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate records, and processing payroll.

Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day financial operations
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Maintaining accurate records
Reconciling financial transactions
Processing payroll
Preparing financial reports
Supporting tax filing processes
Assisting with budget planning and forecasting
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
Strong skills in financial reporting, budget forecasting, and managing accounting software
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy in financial records
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with team members across departments
Familiarity with compliance standards, tax filing processes, and regulations
Ability to work on-site in Broomfield, CO
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Manufacturing & Wholesale financial software is highly desirable
