Event Booth + Sales Rep

LUMI LUMI Vision specializes in performance eyewear and sports-vision products for athletes, particularly in pickleball and running. They are seeking an Event Booth + Sales Rep to represent the company at events, responsible for setting up the booth, engaging with customers, selling products, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Retail

Responsibilities

Arrive early and set up booth/table, signage, displays, and product inventory
Engage players and spectators (friendly, energetic, low-pressure)
Sell products and process payments (Square/Shopify POS, card/cash)
Help customers choose products (fit, features, lens options, etc.)
Keep the booth organized, stocked, and looking sharp throughout the day
Track inventory and event sales (simple checklist / count sheet)
Pack up all products and materials after the event and load out efficiently
Optional: capture quick content (photos/videos) for social media

Qualification

Required

18+
Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle
Able to stand for long periods (6–10 hours on event days)
Able to lift ~30–50 lbs (event bins/display items)

Preferred

Prior retail, hospitality, brand ambassador, or booth experience is a plus
Bonus: you play pickleball/run or understand the vibe/community
Optional: capture quick content (photos/videos) for social media
