The role involves developing and configuring payroll systems, designing integrations, and supporting testing and go-live processes.

Responsibilities
Develop and configure Time & Attendance and/or Payroll systems
Build time rules, pay rules, schedules, and compliance logic
Design and support integrations using:
APIs, IDocs, Middleware
Work with:
SAP / SuccessFactors
Workforce Software (WFS) / ATOSS
Payroll engines (ADP, Ceridian, SAP Payroll)
Support testing (SIT, E2E, Payroll Parallel)
Assist with go-live, hypercare, and production support
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on development experience
Expertise in Time & Attendance and/or Payroll
Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, WFS, or ATOSS
Integration experience (API, IDoc, Middleware)
Large HRIS / Payroll implementation background
Interest in growing into a Technical Delivery Lead role
