Recruiting and prescreening candidates for multiple buildings
Train and support our Payroll/Benefits Coordinators at our facilities
Facilitate employee onboarding and serve as a point of contact for payroll, benefits, and Talent Acquisition concerns
Qualification
Required
Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration with knowledge of federal and state regulations
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Effective communication and customer service abilities, with proficiency in payroll/HR systems preferred
Healthcare recruiting experience
Preferred
Proficiency in payroll/HR systems preferred
Experience with UKG Pro preferred
