Responsibilities
Design marketing and promotional materials across all brands, including:
In-store signage
Menus and menu updates
Flyers, posters, and promotions
Digital ads, banners, and email visuals
Packaging labels and internal materials
Apply and maintain brand guidelines (logos, colors, fonts)
Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files
Organize and maintain design files and templates in the Atlas Lakes shared drive
Assist with content creation for each brand, including:
Basic photography
Short-form video (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes)
Editing photos and videos for social use
Assist in day-to-day social media posting for assigned brands:
Schedule and publish posts
Ensure visuals and captions align with brand voice
Maintain consistent posting cadence
Coordinate with brand managers on promotions, launches, and campaigns
Monitor comments and messages and flag items that require management response
Manage and prioritize creative requests across multiple brands
Communicate timelines and revisions clearly
Balance urgent requests with planned content
Support seasonal campaigns and new store or product launches
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or social media
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
Experience managing or posting to business social media accounts
Ability to work across multiple brands and deadlines
Organized, self-directed, and responsive
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc)
Basic photo and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)
Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred)
Google Drive and basic task management tools
Preferred
Experience in food, retail, or hospitality is a plus (not required)
