Responsibilities

Set up and manage ad accounts across Google Ads and other platforms (Meta, LinkedIn)
Own media budgets: Plan, pace, and optimize $45K/month across channels
Analyze and interpret data: Use Datorama and analytics tools to dissect campaign performance, identify trends, and explain results clearly
Tell the story behind the data: Present insights from click-through to conversion, highlighting what’s working, what’s not, and why
Traffic and engagement analysis: Review clicks, time on site, conversion paths, and campaign traffic to uncover opportunities
Trend identification: Spot patterns in performance and recommend strategic adjustments
Optimize continuously: Execute tests (ad copy, creative, audiences, keywords, bid strategies) and iterate based on results
Conversion tracking & attribution: Ensure accurate setup, troubleshoot discrepancies, and interpret attribution models

Expert-level experience in Google Ads
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and tell a clear performance story
Experience managing $45K+ monthly budgets
Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio/Tableau, etc.)
