Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping for multiple clients with accuracy and efficiency
Process and oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Perform daily and monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare and support month-end financial reporting
Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Enter and review journal entries with precision
Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and support client goals
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a full‑charge bookkeeper, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Strong understanding of financial statements and general accounting principles
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Preferred
Degree or certification in accounting, finance, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
