Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experience
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency
Stay updated on emerging design trends and best practices
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
Strong understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, and responsive design
Experience with user research, persona development, and usability testing
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Experience working in Agile environments
Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions
Portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects
