Customer Service Coordinator
R&J Flooring Supply is a leading hardwood flooring distributor, dedicated to delivering premium products and exceptional service to clients. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to support the customer service team by handling daily customer interactions, coordinating sample requests, and ensuring smooth order management processes.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
Coordinate sample requests, ensuring proper tracking and delivery
Assist in managing orders, including processing, tracking, and resolving any discrepancies
Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and operations teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Monitor and report on customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
Handle customer issues and escalate complex problems to management as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in distribution or manufacturing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM software (experience with Monday.com is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
