In this role, you will act as a software developer, identifying and resolving issues across critical business systems to ensure uninterrupted operations while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain SAP Callidus compensation rules and plans
Integrate data and manage APIs for system interoperability
Automate tasks using UNIX shell scripting
Manage the end-to-end agent lifecycle and database sync processes
Design and develop Crystal Reports for reporting needs
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Advanced skills in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development
Experience with PL/SQL and UNIX shell scripting
Expertise in Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Strong command over Oracle PLSQL for ETL processes
Preferred
Experience with data integration between SAP Callidus and landing pad databases
Proficiency in Crystal Reports Development
Expertise in integrating SAP organizational data into workflows
