New Grad, Entry LevelBol Partners Inc is expanding its promotions team in Long Beach and is seeking a sports-minded individual ready to bring energy, teamwork, and drive to a fast-paced, face-to-face sales and promotions environment. In this role, you’ll represent a nationally recognised provider of communication and connectivity solutions through live, in-person pop-up campaigns, engaging directly with customers to increase brand awareness and sales.

Responsibilities
Representing a nationally recognised communications and connectivity provider through live, face-to-face promotional campaigns
Engaging customers in person at pop-up events and retail locations
Introducing essential home and business services, including high-speed internet, mobile connectivity, and bundled communication solutions
Explaining how reliable connectivity supports streaming, remote work, online gaming, mobile usage, and smart home technology
Delivering clear, consultative conversations to help customers understand available service options and promotions
Supporting in-person customer sign-ups during live campaigns
Responding confidently to customer questions with accurate, easy-to-understand information
Working closely with your team to achieve daily engagement and performance targets
Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining a professional brand presence
Qualification
Required

Confidence in communicating with customers face-to-face
A positive, coachable mindset and willingness to learn
Reliability and professionalism when representing clients
No previous experience required — full training provided
