They are seeking a 3DX Application Support specialist to provide support for the 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR compliant environment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with corporate data security policies.

Responsibilities
Provide support for 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliant environment
Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules
Ensure all data access, handling, and operations comply with ITAR and corporate data security policies
Work closely with the business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests
Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to proactively resolve recurring issues
Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal disruption to operations
Maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
Qualification
Required
