Elissa Grayer Interior Design is a high-end residential interior design firm specializing in curated homes. They are seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, support the design team, and ensure a seamless client experience throughout projects.

Design Services

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the studio
Pay bills, manage invoices, and track expenses
Liason with bookkeeper
Order and maintain office and studio supplies
Maintain team, project, and leadership calendars
Schedule vendor appointments, client meetings, installations, and photoshoots
Coordinate logistics across multiple regions
Keep team schedules organized and up to date
Act as first point of contact for new and existing clients
Set up clients across all platforms
Manage communications from inquiry through close-out
Uphold a polished, high-touch client experience
Assist with onboarding new team members
Coordinate team retreats and travel
Support team members with all HR and benefit questions
Coordinate with tech support and maintain office systems
Obtain vendor quotes and pricing
Request samples and keep them organized
Assist with product orders, status, damages and returns
Maintain marketing, gifting, and team calendars
Assist with social media organization and posting
Support brand consistency using Canva and firm templates

Required

Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
High level of comfort with technology, specifically: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop, ChatGPT and/or Claude and other AI models, Studio Designer a plus
