Covering the 360 full recruitment cycle from sourcing, interest engagement, interview process, and offer management to onboarding
Providing professional recruitment services to candidates
Sourcing and placement of suitable professionals and talents to job opportunities with our portfolio of global clients
Bring good practices and knowledge of recruitment into the current team
Qualification
Required
2+ years of recruitment experience and a good understanding of manpower
Passionate about the recruitment industry
Experience doing recruitment for tech or corporate functions in US market
Strong understanding and expertise of recruitment business in a certain professional field, industry, or region
Strong communication skills and good at engaging clients and candidates
Result-oriented, resilient, resourceful, humble, persuasive, and independent
