They are seeking a full-time Sales and Design Specialist to engage with guests, understand their needs, and deliver tailored products and designs that elevate their environment.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, actively listen to understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations
Assist guests in selecting products that match their style, budget, and project requirements
Present product options clearly, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate confident purchasing decisions
Maintain a thorough knowledge of product inventory, new trends, and industry best practices to serve guests expertly
Participate in ongoing sales training to ensure monthly sales targets are reached
Conduct guest check-ins to ensure all projects are progressing and all questions are answered accordingly
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and showroom
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer service with a passion for helping guests bring their vision to life
Strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities and complete projects confidently
Excellent communication skills to explain products clearly and listen attentively to guest preferences
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs and product availability
Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule with a regular scheduled day off during the week
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred
Basic knowledge of interior or exterior design principles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
