Responsibilities

Develop solution documents and approaches for challenging business problems
Put User Experience first in all solution design
Provide customer service support to all employees in a professional and friendly manner
Identify areas of improvement for services provided both internally and outward-facing; including measuring and reviewing technology trends as directed by management
Partner with other departments to identify and analyze systems technical problems related to the collection, integration, and validation of data for routine requests for use
Work with different functional areas across the company to identify, research, and resolve complex data issues in a timely manner with minimal impact to the integrated system
Participate in project meetings both internally and with other departments and report on the status of analytical tasks and project work
Assist in the development, compliance and implementation of company policies and procedures
Troubleshoot issues with minimal guidance, identify data related problems and provide scalable solutions
Manage technical scope and provide hands-on expert level assistance
Develop application documentation and performs maintenance and support
Perform other duties as assigned
Assist in setup and maintenance for inbound and outbound SFTP accounts
Manage ongoing file transfer processes including: PGP encryption/decryption setup, Outbound file feed automation, Management of SSH & PGP keys, Inbound file feed automation with partners
Analyzing business systems, networking configurations, and data storage facilities
Building customized data interchange systems for cross-company or department use
Testing and debugging the system
Gathering user feedback on the accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of the system
Deploying completed systems and providing maintenance support
Partner with various functional areas across the company to collect, analyze, and test document data related to the use of EDI in SAP
Provide cross-functional business support to identify, prioritize and solve problem and issues related to EDI transactions
Collaborate with business partners, project managers, business and systems analysts, developers, and testers on a daily basis and maintain strong relationships with business and IT partners
Fully understand and manage the day-to-day use of EDI in SAP, including the impact on SAP master data that results from EDI transactions among the various SAP modules
Define and document EDI requirements for system upgrades, modifications and redesign for SAP modules
Create and or modify standard operating procedures describing our use of EDI
Develop & prepare metrics that can be used to measure EDI activity and quality levels and report on their status
Identify opportunities or obstacles concerning EDI accuracy, data integrity, and relevance
Perform and oversee EDI/XML mappings, custom reporting, and notifications
Monitor daily EDI/XML processing, reviewing report and log files
Work with trading partners and internal function teams to troubleshoot data and mapping issues
Monitor Trading Partner for mapping changes and continued operations
Perform other duties as reasonably requested by management
Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards in SAP SAC, Qlik, and Power BI
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate needs into technical reporting solutions
Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating outputs against source system, Salesforce, and data warehouse records
Support data warehouse operations, including: Assisting in ETL processes and data loads from SAP, Salesforce, and other sources, Monitoring data quality and resolving discrepancies, Documenting data lineage, definitions, and transformations
Partnering with data engineers to optimize data models and queries for performance
Integrate data from SAP ERP, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems into BI platforms
Build and maintain data pipelines and integration logic between Salesforce and reporting environments
Apply data governance and compliance principles to reporting, including access controls and sensitive data handling
Participate in data warehouse and integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning activities
Stay informed about new features and best practices in SAC, Qlik, Power BI, Salesforce reporting, and modern data warehouse technologies
Document reporting processes, data models, integration workflows, and business rules for knowledge sharing and auditing
Design, implement, deploy Quote to Cash solutions
Functional ownership of Quote to Cash
Configure and develop Sales & Distribution based on requirements analysis

Advise company on SAP best practices for SD module while ensuring the solution meets the business users needs
Support functional integration with other Enterprise Applications
Design, implement, deploy Supply Chain Solutions
Functional ownership of SAP MM/QM/PLM/SRM
Configure and develop SAP MM/QM/PLM/SRM based on requirements analysis
Advise company on SAP best practices for SAP MM/QM/PLM/ SRM modules while ensuring the solution meets the business users needs
Support functional integration with other Enterprise Applications
Design, implement, deploy PP/QM solutions
Functional ownership of SAP PP/QM
Configure and develop SAP PP/QM based on requirements analysis
Advise company on SAP best practices for P/QMP modules while ensuring the solution meets the business users needs
Support functional integration with other Enterprise Applications
Design, implement, deploy Financial solutions
Support SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury
Support enhancements of the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury / Banks, Controlling, Project Systems and Funds Management
Configure Tax Software
Advise company on SAP best practices for FI/CO module while ensuring the solution meets the business users needs
Support functional integration with other Enterprise Applications
Create, maintain and verify SAP Master Data (e.g. Pricing, Customers, Materials, etc.)
Functional ownership of SAP Master Data
Develop & perform periodic audits of master data processes and data integrity. Recommend and complete changes when gaps are identified
Advise and support business users on Master Data structure and processes
Manage the master data structure in SAP, including the interaction of master data amongst various Enterprise Applications
Provide cross-functional business support to identify, prioritize and solve problems and issues related to master data
Collaborate with business partners, project managers, business and systems analysts, developers, and testers daily and maintain strong relationships with business and IT partners
Analyze data input files to understand the structure of existing data sets and how they map to requirements
Create, document and/or modify standard operating procedures for master data to support business initiatives and to improve the flow of master data
Improve the quality of process outputs by performing root cause analysis and removing the causes of defects in processes or in master data itself
Proactively identify opportunities or obstacles concerning master data accuracy, data integrity, and relevance
Perform data entry and review data entered
Develop & prepare master data metrics and report on their status

Required

Requires 8-10 years of related experience with increasing level of responsibility
Bachelor's degree in Business Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
8-10 years of experience managing applications operations with at least 8 years in SAP
A strong understanding of at least one pertinent business application area (e.g. SD, MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, Success Factors)
Ability to translate complex business problems to organized, clear and concise business requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple activities of varying complexities while prioritizing critical tasks and issues
Strong communication skills – verbal and written skills required
Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Must be proficient with Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point
Experience in data cleansing and data transformation activities
