Legal Record Desk (LRD) helps US Personal Injury and Solo Law Firms by handling the most time-consuming part of case progression: medical record retrieval follow-ups, record collection, QC, and secure delivery. We are hiring a part-time, remote Chief Client Officer (CCO) to lead client acquisition and manage early client relationships as we scale.

Responsibilities

Conduct discovery calls with PI law firms (attorneys / paralegals / office managers)
Own the sales process end-to-end: outreach → qualification → pitch → close
Build trust by clearly presenting our workflow, compliance, QC, turnaround expectations
Develop business development strategies and referral opportunities
Help improve scripts, objection handling, and positioning based on real conversations
Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth client experience

Required

Strong experience in client-facing roles (account management / customer success / sales)
Comfortable on calls, able to close and negotiate
Excellent communication and follow-up discipline
Strong organization and ability to track pipeline (CRM/Sheets)

Preferred

Experience working with US law firms (PI/paralegal/legal ops/intake)
Understanding of medical records retrieval / HIPAA handling
Experience with operational workflows
