The technician will provide hands-on assistance with a wide range of devices and technology, manage tickets, and deliver Level 1–2 support for various issues.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Handle imaging and deploying desktops, laptops, tablets, handheld scanners, and peripherals
Manage tickets and deliver Level 1–2 support for hardware, software, user access, and connectivity issues
Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and manufacturing-floor equipment such as industrial PCs, HMIs, label printers, and scanners
Maintain inventory and support security updates
Assist with small IT projects and ensure minimal downtime for production teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in imaging and deploying desktops, laptops, tablets, handheld scanners, and peripherals
Ability to manage tickets and deliver Level 1–2 support for hardware, software, user access, and connectivity issues
Troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and manufacturing‑floor equipment such as industrial PCs, HMIs, label printers, and scanners
Experience in maintaining inventory and supporting security updates
Ability to assist with small IT projects and ensure minimal downtime for production teams
Strong customer service skills
Hardware support skills
