Responsibilities

Lead implementations: Own the technical delivery of complex agency deployments—configuration, data migration, integration setup, and go-live support

Build integrations: Connect our platform to state/federal systems (NIBRS, NCIC) and third-party CAD peripherals like mobile data terminals and in-car video

Migrate customer data: Execute data migrations from legacy CAD/RMS/JMS systems, working with messy real-world data under timeline pressure

Configure complex workflows:Translate agency operational requirements into platform configuration—call routing rules, unit recommendations, report templates, jail booking flows

Troubleshoot under pressure: Resolve production issues for live agencies, often with tight timelines and high stakes

Engineering expertise in CAD systems

Strong troubleshooting skills under pressure
