Inside Sales Representative
NICOR LLC is a leading manufacturer of innovative lighting solutions headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They are seeking a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative to support sales efforts by engaging with clients, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities
Communicate daily with the Sales Department regarding customer requests, inquiries, and order status updates
Utilize NICOR's Enterprise Resource System (SHIMS) to process orders and inquiries
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
Interpret customer requests to identify and address underlying business needs
Provide solutions to customer inquiries related to products, shipping, and accounts
Prepare and deliver accurate product pricing quotes for customer projects as required
Promote upselling opportunities: actively communicate, support, and drive adoption of sales promotions
Provide timely and effective follow-up on sales calls, customer inquiries, and orders
Maintain a high level of customer service and support by responding promptly and efficiently to Distributor Partners, Sales Agents, and end-users via phone, email, and other communication channels
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Customer Service Experience
Cold calling
Sales experience
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
