Qualification
Required
Experience in talent acquisition, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
Skills in sourcing using online platforms, job boards, and networking strategies
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple job requisitions
Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills to meet hiring deadlines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resources software
Previous experience in legal, corporate, or professional service industries
