Administrative Assistant
Elevate Compliance Partners is a newly established title company in Sugar Land, Texas, committed to providing accurate and professional title and escrow services. They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and enhance client experiences.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to title and escrow personnel
Answer phones, greet clients, and manage incoming correspondence
Prepare, organize, scan, and file documents related to real estate transactions
Maintain client files and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating closings
Order supplies and maintain office organization
Perform data entry and update internal systems as needed
Support compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous administrative or office experience preferred (real estate or title experience a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred
Familiarity with title or escrow processes
Experience with title software systems (RamQuest, SoftPro, or similar)
Customer service experience in a professional office environment
