NOC Training and Standards Manager
Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is a leading player in the Airlines Industry, currently seeking a NOC Training and Standards Manager for a 12+ month contract opportunity. The role involves developing and maintaining training programs, facilitating training classes, and ensuring effective standards and procedures for NOC Operations.

Responsibilities
Maintain support responsibility for the vision, design, and rollout of training materials and lesson plans
Facilitate or instruct new hire, specialty, and recurrent training classes as needed
Develop training programs and methods for the enhancement of NOC Training
Maintain records and documentation as required
Develop standards and procedures for NOC Operations
Respond to/create correspondences as necessary
Create and deliver presentations
Develop/maintain close partnerships with supported operational groups to promote close working relationships
Ensure training needs are met by gathering timely feedback
Maintain proficiency in the area of support if the Employee comes from that classification (matching NOC CBA requirements)
Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed in this description
May perform other job duties as directed by the Employee’s Leaders
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Project Management
Training and/or facilitation, curriculum development
MS Office Suite, including a high proficiency in using PowerPoint or other presentation software
Ability to work in a stressful environment with competing priorities and deadlines
Ability to assess the performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
Ability to listen to, understand, and communicate ideas presented in writing and/or in speaking with others
Ability to produce several ideas about a topic
Ability to cast a clear vision and gain buy-in for support
Ability to coach and mentor others
Ability to work well with others as part of a team; professionally interact with other departments, labor groups, and the public
Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions
Ability to produce unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be available for after-hours support based on operational needs
Must be able to work onsite at HDQ in Dallas, Monday - Friday
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Preferred
Knowledge of training and or/facilitation
Knowledge of current and emergent PC software packages
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
Knowledge of Airlines Operations
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Tableau, and QuickBase
Skilled in problem-solving, analytics, strategy, decision-making, and time management
Skilled in adapting training methods based on audience, subject matter, and support materials
Skilled in project management
Ability to maintain proficiency in the area of support if the Employee comes from that classification (matching NOC CBA requirements)
Ability to perform work duties from [limited space workstation/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
