Responsibilities
Estimate labor, equipment and materials required to accomplish each project
Assess scope and location of each job
Coordinate with department personnel to assist them in establishing the standards of construction projects
Research projects and generate work
Build, develop and grow any business relationship vital to the success of projects and future business
Provide other services such as test drilling and site visits
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee and lead projects from inception to completion
Independent and possess strong teamwork, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Daily travel is required as well as a valid driver's license with no recent DUI's and the ability to pass random drug testing
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage tasks, coordinate with teams, and liaise with clients
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
