Lead the drafting, review, and oversight of all company agreements, including sales, partner, and vendor contracts, with a strong focus on consumer contract law
Ensure the ongoing compliance of the full product suite, updating documentation in response to regulatory changes
Oversee legal team staffing and budgeting to support continued growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant state(s)
Strong understanding of current contract laws
Experience analyzing contracts and potential contracts for compliance alignment
Adept with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
Exceptional organization and time management skills
