Responsibilities
Lead total project management across site development, transportation, utilities, and stormwater projects
Oversee all phases: conceptual design, permitting, construction administration, and project close-out
Manage internal project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget performance
Maintain direct communication with clients, agencies, and contractors
Drive business development, proposal writing, and client acquisition
Collaborate on long-term growth strategies, operations, and team development
Qualification
Required
Licensed, or soon to be licensed, civil engineer
Strong business mindset
Passion for total project management
Ability to lead projects from conception to closeout
Experience in end-to-end management of civil engineering and land development projects
Skills in planning, design, permitting, budgeting, client relations, and team coordination
Experience in overseeing all phases: conceptual design, permitting, construction administration, and project close-out
Ability to manage internal project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Skills in tracking schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget performance
Ability to maintain direct communication with clients, agencies, and contractors
