Responsibilities
Create, facilitate, and deliver attorney training programs using a mix of online platforms, live virtual sessions, and in-person instruction
Conduct one-on-one and small group coaching sessions to support attorney growth and skill development
Design and maintain standardized templates, practice guides, and workflow resources for attorneys across offices
Host recurring office hours to provide real-time support, feedback, and guidance to attorneys
Partner with practice leaders and internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted educational materials
Assist with firmwide rollouts of legal technology and software, including training and adoption support
Travel as needed to support in-person training, coaching, and program implementation
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience creating and delivering effective attorney training programs
Proven success in one-on-one coaching, mentoring, or professional development roles
Exceptional legal writing skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical instruction
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and offices
Comfort working with Microsoft Office tools and online learning platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
In-depth knowledge of California labor and employment law
Experience with class action litigation and PAGA matters
Strong organizational and project-management abilities
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design tools
Ability to engage, motivate, and support attorneys at different experience levels
