They are seeking a full-time Script Writer & Creative Strategist to write high-performing scripts for TikTok Shop and Meta ads, collaborating closely with the strategy team.

Responsibilities
Write TikTok Shop creator scripts daily (UGC, talking-head, voiceover, lifestyle, problem/solution)
Write Meta ad scripts (Reels-style, short-form paid creative)
Develop strong hooks, CTAs, and narrative structures optimized for conversion
Translate brand offers, benefits, and objections into clear, compelling scripts
Adapt scripts for different creators, tones, and audience types
Iterate scripts based on performance feedback and data
Learn, apply, and refine Abundance Incubator’s content and conversion strategy
Collaborate with team members across strategy, community, and brand partnerships
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop (affiliate content, GMV-driven scripts, creator style videos)
Experience writing Meta ads (short-form, UGC-style, performance-focused)
Proven ability to write video scripts, not just captions or copy
Deep understanding of hooks, pain points, offers, and CTAs
Ability to write fast, clearly, and at high volume
Open to feedback, iteration, and learning a defined creative system
Preferred
Experience working with creators or influencer-led brands
Familiarity with health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle products
Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, watch time, conversions)
Experience adapting scripts for different creator personalities
