Responsibilities
Partner with frontier AI lab researchers to identify model gaps, define metrics, and shape training strategy
Work embedded with customers to identify gaps, define success, and drive execution
Design task formats, evaluations, and training setups aligned with real-world objectives
Rapidly ship outputs using OTS pipelines and own new pipelines from kickoff to production
Build and maintain production-grade code, integrations, and automated data/training workflows
Own pipeline architecture and bridge researchers, customers, and internal platform teams
Qualification
Required
Strong engineering background with ownership of complex systems from design through production
Experience owning end-to-end AI or data pipelines in production environments
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving fast, and shipping repeatedly
Clear communicator able to translate customer feedback into technical execution
Proven ability to lead technical delivery and mentor others
