They are seeking a Preservation Surveyor to expand their surveying capacity in Carlisle, responsible for conducting surveys, compiling reports, and developing client relationships.
Construction
Responsibilities
Carry out surveys in domestic, commercial & social housing properties
Compile detailed comprehensive reports and accurate quotations
Develop new and retain existing client base
Promoting and selling of company products and services
Day to day contact with team members, including mentoring trainee staff
Qualification
Required
Sales experience, preferably within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Excellent written and verbal communication
CSTDB – Certified Surveyor of Timber and Damp in Buildings
Motivated and passionate about delivering high levels of service to our current and potential clients
Good time management and organisational skills
Full UK Driving Licence
