Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Cucumber, TestNG, and Selenium

Implement BDD/TDD practices for functional and integration testing

Develop and execute automated tests for RESTful APIs using tools like RestAssured

Perform performance/load testing using JMeter and analyze results

Validate cloud-based applications using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, Aurora)

Ensure data consistency and caching validation with Redis and Aurora DB

Manage source code using Git and follow best practices for branching and merging

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps

Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments

Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate for quality best practices
