The role involves supporting external customers and staff through various forms of communication and assisting with record keeping and data transfers.

Responsibilities
Supports Ambulatory care external customers as well as staff on a daily basis through phone, email, and verbal and written communication
Assists the team with record keeping, reporting, data transfers, and HR support
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone with clients, customers, and internal teams including active listening, courteous language, and effective call handling
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED is required
Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
Able to handle difficult situations and persons tactfully and professionally
Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Works well in a team environment
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen are required
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) is preferred
Call center experience is preferred
