Responsibilities
Own enterprise-wide tax strategy, planning, and execution
Lead all tax compliance, filings, reporting, and regulatory interactions
Advise senior leadership on tax implications tied to commercial decisions, transactions, and structural changes
Drive tax efficiency while maintaining strong governance and risk controls
Oversee tax accounting, provisioning, and financial reporting alignment
Lead engagement with external advisors, auditors, and authorities
Develop and maintain forward-looking tax models and forecasts
Identify and implement process improvements, systems enhancements, and operational efficiencies
Lead, develop, and manage a large, geographically distributed tax organization
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, development, and succession planning
Navigate ongoing organizational change, transformation initiatives, and potential integrations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required
Significant senior-level tax leadership experience required
Preferred
Advanced degree or professional certification preferred
