Responsibilities

Handle all common carrier outgoing & receiving freight using electric stacker or forklift to safely do warehouse duties including stocking parts and picking and packing parts
Confirm that the parts provided to the customer or contractor are accurate and on time as requested
Print packing slip and ship and complete daily invoicing for parts
Maintain a clean, safe, neat, and orderly appearance in the warehouse including disposing of trash into dumpsters
Process manufacturer warranty parts claims including reading return tickets, filing the claim online and shipping back to the manufacturer
Replace parts under warranty as needed
Weekly follow-up on overdue warranty returns from Thermal Service Department and customers
Receipt invoices & purchase orders into inventory management system
Oversee inventory parts management. Perform actual physical inventory twice a year
Assist Parts Sales’ customer walk-in with parts pickups
Handle internal Thermal Service Department parts orders
Monthly Inspection of office fire extinguishers, and AED Machine and other safety requirements
Follow safety standards including hazard communication to include safety data sheets, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ladder safety, electrical safety, portable fire extinguishers, and manual lifting/handling
Safely drive the F250 company truck for Parts Sales deliveries

Required

High school diploma required
A few years of recent related Parts Inventory and preferably warranty claim experience
Experience with packing slips using UPS Global Shipping or similar
Experience managing a warehouse inventory
Recent pallet jack and forklift experience
Can regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds safely
One year of daily computer experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Excellent recent and relevant customer service experience
Experience with inventory control and palletizing parts to be shipped
Safe driving record and able to drive a F250 Company truck for deliveries
Proven safety record with following safety standards including hazard communication to include safety data sheets, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ladder safety, electrical safety, portable fire extinguishers, and manual lifting/handling
